The broken walnuts have a light-brown appearance. They taste natural, clean, fresh nutty and have no rancid objectionable or off flavours or odours. The texture is crunchy which is typical for walnut kernels.

Packaged in bags featuring the company name, product name, lot number, pack weight, BBE date, country of origin and country of processing, the product should be stored in a cool and dry place at ambient temperatures.
